This project challenged us to push the limits of web technology

For the first time, we developed a fully plugin-based operating system built in ReactJS. The result is a highly interactive, performance-driven platform capable of true multi-tasking directly within the browser. Combining cutting-edge engineering with the precision and reliability of “Made in Germany” quality, the software sets a new benchmark for innovation in industrial digital solutions.

The project faced the demanding task of processing and analyzing millions of data points per second from a wide range of industrial machines.

Beyond pure data handling, the platform needed to control complex machine networks in real time, ensuring precision, reliability, and safety. Another key challenge was the early detection of anomalies and errors through artificial intelligence, enabling predictive maintenance and minimizing downtime. Ultimately, the goal was to create a scalable digital ecosystem capable of orchestrating the operations of an entire smart factory — from data collection to intelligent automation.
